This is because after reaching here it takes time to collect security check, bag or luggage and reach the seat. Explain that the time of retreat ceremony is 5:15 in the summer and 4:15 in the winter. The retreat ceremony here lasts for 45 minutes. The Wagah border is open from 10 am to 4 pm.
